  1. Work Experience: You must have a minimum of 9 months of cumulative, full-time, paid work experience within the three years prior to the application submission date.
  2. Education: You should have completed at least the Canadian equivalent of secondary school (high school).
  3. Language Proficiency: You need to achieve a minimum of CLB level 4 or higher on an English or French language proficiency test. For instance, reaching CLB level 4 in IELTS corresponds to 4.5 in listening, 4 in writing and speaking, and 3.5 in reading. Applying for the Ontario PNP In-Demand Skills Stream is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to submit your application:

  1. Create an Expression of Interest (EOI): Eligible candidates should create an online Expression of Interest (EOI) on the official OINP website. The EOI remains valid for up to 12 months, and there is no fee required for registering an EOI.
